Accessibility

This site is built to be usable with a keyboard, with a screen reader, at high zoom, and without JavaScript for its core content. Here is what that means in practice, and what to do if something is not working.

What we have done

The site targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at level AA. Specifically:

  • Every page is a real document structure: one h1, ordered headings, landmarks, and a skip link to the main content.
  • All interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator that meets contrast requirements.
  • The FAQ accordions are built on the native disclosure element, so they work without JavaScript and announce their state correctly.
  • Every diagram carries a text description of what it shows, rather than being left as decoration.
  • Motion respects the reduced-motion preference: animations are effectively disabled when a visitor has asked for that.
  • Body text sits above the required contrast ratio against its background, and the layout reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320px viewport.
  • Text can be resized to 200% without loss of content or function.

Known limitations

The technical diagrams convey information through a drawing. Each carries a description, but a complex figure is inevitably harder to take in through a description than through the image. Where a figure carries a number that matters, that number is also published as text in the reference table on the same page.

Reporting a barrier

If any part of this site prevents you from getting what you need, tell us at hello@nlpfreight.com or call +1 855 912 2220. Describe what you were trying to do and what happened. We will respond and, where the fix is ours to make, make it.

If you need information from this site in another format, ask and we will send it.
